Yum-o! Just fantastic! Portions are big. Sourdough bun toasted to perfection, juicy seasoned burger with very fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Beer battered fries were voted hands down by family our ultimate favs! Barge Root beer float was creamy and delicious. Our server was top not notch and just a real cool dude. Try the Mugshot ( three seasoned patties,Swiss and cheddar cheese, mustard and ketchup,six strips of bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion … with side of beer battered fries an onion ring and fried pickle)challenge… clean the entire plate in 12 minutes or less your burgers on them you win a t- shirt and bragging rights. My son, a 17 year old boy thought everyone could do it, he couldn’t even finish Garlic Parm Burger or all his fries. Great place, must try.

First time back since I had a bad experience a few years ago and I must say this restaurant has done a 180 in the right direction. Staff was very friendly, and I absolutely loved my server Terrica. She made the whole experience great and personal. Also they have an happy hour i plan on come by for at least 2x a week. Ultimately I came for the food but stayed for the atmosphere.

Similar to the other reviews the wait time and the service is just not up too par. We came on a Saturday. The server did not greet us very well. Not very friendly. The wait on a server was long and he was few and far in between when we did see him and he seemed "spaced" out. Food and drinks took far too long for the basic things we got. The food was fine except for the inferno wrap it was pretty burnt. We did try and eat it though to not be wasteful. The parking was also a disaster as they are working nearby but not the restaurants fault. If there was better parking somewhere it's not easily identified or found. Would definitely try again but not for at least 6 months or longer.

WOW!!!! We visited Mugshots for UAB's first football game at Protective Stadium. I have never been here so I figured, why not. Let me tell you, I'm so glad that we stopped in. We were seated fairly quickly and after making our final decisions on what burger we wanted to try, my son and I both ordered the Mac and Cheese burger. Yes, that is a bacon cheeseburger with Mac and cheese in between two, yeah, two giant grilled cheese sandwiches on Texas toast. It was huge, amazing and even the fries were delicious. This will be our go to place every time we go to a game. I'll see you this weekend 😉

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience today visiting the BHM location for the SEC Gymnastics Championship. We placed an order for take out and understood they were insanely busy so we expected to wait. I got a text our order was ready after waiting 30 mins, asked the bartender for help and the employee working the to-go orders said they didn’t have our order on file even though I had an email + text confirmation. We waited an additional 20 minutes for our food and they confirmed my name before handing me the bag of food. I should have checked the food before leaving but it was crowded and I assumed it would be correct. We got outside to start eating to find that it was definitely not our order we waited 50 minutes for after it being lost in the system. I understand they were busy and we were very patient but this was an avoidable mistake that cost us $30 for food we didn’t eat. We didn’t have time to go back and wait for it to be corrected since we had to go back for the meet. Pictures of the order confirmation and the food we got instead.

The place appeared to be understaffed and not well managed. The host saw us walk in but did not immediately greet us. He did look at us awkwardly for about 45 seconds before talking to a server about where to seat us. They decided to seat us in an unused booth with a giant rip in the seat. Once we were seated, the server came to our table and (without introducing himself) took our drink order. Then we waited..... It took 20 minutes to get a draft beer and a sweet tea. We ordered an appetizer that never came. We waited about 30 minutes for a BLT, some chicken fingers, and two burgers. When the food made it to the table, one of the burgers was still raw and cold in the center. We never got a drink refill. We asked for the appetizer to be removed from the check since we never got it. It was not removed. We asked the server to again remove the appetizer. It was clear that he wasn't aware enough to know that we hadn't gotten it. The food was reasonable but not great If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't. I would rather go somewhere else and pay more for better service and food quality.
