Mcdonald's

Went thru the drive thru yesterday and wanted food. I couldn't believe that a restaurant had food like what I got from there. French fries n a burger. The food was old n cold and I actually found a hair on top of my burger 🍔 paper. Needless to say I for sure wasn't eating my 7$ meal nor was I going to get more food from there .. I don't recommend eating at the McDonald's I visited yesterday the one at the intersection in Birmingham.... across the street from the grave yard. It was wow gross. I'll never go there again.

Bought food for myself and children. Fries were not good and cold, my big Mac was cold and lettuce was old, my son's spicy chicken was dry sauce wasn't even a dab, daughters double cheese burger was cold and the sprite was nothing but carbonated water. Only the ice cream cone was good. This was a total waste of money.

Drive thru was a long wait I ordered a smoothie. Was told to go wait in drive thru number 1. Of course I was forgotten. Went in waited in line. Even the Manager was getting orders wrong. He said the reason was we are short handed. I asked the person who told me to wait in number 1. That I was waiting for a smoothie showed her where I paid for it. After waiting 15 minutes for it to be brought to me. I finally got it and was okay. Not worth wait. Sorry 👎

Don't bother, this was out of desperation and it won't happen again, QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE no mustard no onions... 5x we told her, she even repeated it back a total of five times, I swear. Not to mention we waited two minutes to order. 4x in the drive thru. Again confirming at the window... pulls off ... mustard AND onions no cheese? Luckily they are so bad that we could shake the ingredients off and save the meat and sauscless bottom bun... read it AGAIN, this happened. It didn't make any sense they were not busy at all. We didn't even wait for the order. Over all it went as expected.
