Chili's

Just had a pretty unpleasant experience here. Our waitress was absolutely horrible. We pretty much ate our whole meal with an empty glass. A good portion of our meal was bad. The corn on the cob was drowned in butter. As well as the ribs completely drowned in barbecue sauce way too much and way overboard. The quesadillas were pretty great save for the fact that they were covered with jalapenos way too many jalapenos on top of the fact that we ask to hold the jalapenos. Upon ordering the appetizer it was completely wrong because the waitress was not paying attention. The appetizer was brought back corrected however we still had to pay for it. Food was decent but not amazing. Service was absolutely horrible. I've enjoyed Chili's at other locations in the past and it was wonderful. This is not a wonderful location.

We went to eat there night before last and was told they were closed due to short staffed but there were people in there so we went back yesterday and had to wait 45 minutes before we were even spoke to people were walking in and leaving and they didn’t seem to care. My first and last time eating there!!

My server was extremely nice and polite. However, the food was extremely cold. It seemed like the food had been sitting before they brought it out. They could have at least warmed it up! I ordered four different meals for four different people, ALL the food was cold! I do not recommend! NOTE: It was NOT crowded, there was very few people in the restaurant. It is no way possible each dish was cold!

My frozen margarita was so good service was not really good but that was because only one server was available. Asked for the original chicken crispers and he brung me extra crispy when food arrived after mistake chicken was not done. When I get home I'm just gone put them in the oven.Other then that everything was good

This place was literally so bad they were extremely understaffed. We waited for almost 2 hours for our food and each plate came 15-20 minutes apart. And even when our food came we were still missing stuff that we didn't even get. Our waiter disappeared out of nowhere and he didn't see her for almost 30-45 minutes. And when we were waiting for a table a customer said that they had been waiting for about 2 hours and it was an absolute wreck and a worker had gotten fired right be fired we came here in the middle of the restaurant and the manager apparently told her "just go work at Jim and Nicks" i do not think i will be eating here again after this experience.
