Waffle House

Waffle house just keeps on doing what it does and this location was no different for me...lively employees...even at 2am...all the food...including my over easy eggs were perfectly cooked and excellent!!!! This looks like a special location but I'm not sure...but...I'll say it again...excellent 2am meal and a good way to end a night on Five Points South!!!

3 out of 4 ordered a waffle. We were served our food but did not have eating utensils. In the meantime, we notice a long hair cooked in my daughter's waffle. When we asked for eating utensils we were told to wait, she needed to put them in hot water. Our utensils were delivered to our table in a cup with hot water and food on the handles. We will never return. The health department should shut this place down.

Best location of Waffle House I've ever been to. I stopped going to Waffle House a couple of years ago because no matter the location, the silverware & glasses had food crud which was disgusting. But I went to this location for brunch on a Sunday after church, about 12:30 pm, and it was outstanding! Our server Dawn was personable & attentive, and the chef that day prepared a great meal for us. A slender, bald, white guy - I didn't get his name, but I also left a tip for him because the food was so good. Dawn asked if I wanted real silverware or plastic, and from my past experiences in other places, I requested plastic, but the plates were clean. I enjoyed the visit, and will return.

The food was ok, when I saw the syrup being brought to our table I was internally screaming at how nasty it looked, gunk of dry syrup all around the top and the lid of the jar and the cups didn't look too clean, making it hard for me to enjoy my meal 🤢 our waitress was wonderful though. Please make sure yalls dishes, containers and jars are well kept because this are people's food they're paying money for. We already deal with enough dirty dishes at home we wanna come out and have a pleasant time 😆

Went to this location on Monday evening 5/10. There were only a waitress and cook working. We were told we couldn’t be served because they were short staffed. There were only 2 other customers who weren’t even eating. The waitress was very rude and could care less about serving customers. I could understand if they were swamped, but there was not enough customers there to justify not being able to serve us. Needless to say you lost business and profit due to lack of work ethic on your waitresses part.

My granddaughter loves Waffle House, so I took her there this morning for breakfast. As it's her birthday, I called ahead and let the manager know. When we walked in, all of the people who worked there (several ladies and one gentleman) sang Happy Birthday. It was delightful. The food was great too. Thank you ladies and gentleman.
