Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a small dip cone and a medium dip cone. They are the same. The same ice cream and the same size cone so volume wise the exact same amount of ice cream. I don’t expect intelligence when I order through drive through but I expect common knowledge that a medium is larger and cost more than a small. Pointed it out and the worker said one is larger. No. Just no.

I am a door dasher and the lady was very rude when I picked up my customers order! As if I wasn’t going to do my job right. She had a snappy attitude saying, “YOU NEED TO ACCEPT THE ORDER” I said, I will. Then she say, “I NEED TO SEE IT! YOU NEED TO DO IT SO I CAN SEE IT.” Like I get she was trying to do her job but tone is everything and I was uncomfortable showing her my phone!! I never ran into this problem before dashing. Makes me not want to pick up at this location again. She was so rude!

I was over charged for 2 blizzards, didn’t hit me until after I paid and pulled down to the end of the curb to wait for my order. The guy brought them out, no receipt, no napkins and no where close to a full cup. It was pretty skimpy, don’t think I’ve ever gotten a blizzard that was shorted that much.

Alexis, the cashier, was extremely rude while ordering and at the window, and failed to tell me what the total was until after I paid. She then told me to pull to the curb which was completely full, so I had to pull up instead. She then began cursing and yelling at me, telling me to go to the curb (that was still being occupied). Luckily the man handing us our food was apologetic.

I go to Dairy Queen and go thru the drive thru but it’s not even lit up to see the menu so I park to go in. They have signs that say dining room open but the guy won’t let me come in to order even after I told him I couldn’t see the drive thru menu due to no lights. I will never go there again! That was rude tacky and down right wrong!

This place is very inconsistent. I've been several times and I'd say it's about 40% shot your blizzard will be right. I've had a fully melted blizzard given to me. I've had them "flip" over the blizzard and had some slop out onto the ground and they just do nothing. I once made the mistake of ordering a side of their cheese curds and many were not fully fried and were cold on the inside. The latest we got was a large blizzard not even close to full, 2.5 inches low and not the mint Oreo we ordered. The times I've been when there wasn't a problem have been fine, when the blizzard is made right it's great, but it's rare that they get it right at this Dairy Queen.
