Do not order online from here. Worst sandwich I've ever had from Subway. Dry sandwich, hardly any sauce whatsoever and I asked for 3 different types of sauces. My son's sandwich had a ton of sauce. I love subway but definitely won't make a special trip to come to this one again

The employees working the night shift on December 26th were, without a doubt, the best I have ever dealt with at any subway (including this one). They were extremely kind and professional, even when their manager was not watching over them. I respect and appreciate people like this because they are so rare.
To the owner: the sink in the men's restroom looks a little depressed.

Grrr. One employee. Seriously. Good food but service is spotty. I eat here about once a month and never seem to see the same workers. Yesterday they only had one guy during lunch rush. It is most often not crowded and they do make a good sandwich but you may have to wait for it.

Kevin and his sister are a great pair. Great service and even better food. Fresh vegetables and cookies.! Very professional.! Took my orders fast and even had a great conversation. Stuff like this keeps restaurants thriving.!

Kelly and Sheldon are the best. When I came in, there was a long line and they worked diligently to get the customer out of the store. Very kind and patient even though I had a big order... Best Subway in Birmingham-Hoover area!!!!
