Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My wife waited at the drive thru for 35 minutes with employees ignoring her. Minutes later they told her they were changing the grease and it would be several minutes before serving customers. The drive thru speaker rarely works. Will not go back. Done with ghetto service at this place. Thought it would be convenient because we live in the neighborhood.

How can a restaurant be out of chicken at 6 p.m. and not planning on cooking anymore just unheard of in my days I work for Kentucky Fried Chicken when I was a teenager my manager and didn't care if we was out of chicken and it was one minute before closing he made us drop some more chicken for that customer who wanted some chicken even if we had to drop 30 pieces and sell one of those 30 he will cook some more chicken no matter what time it was customer service has totally went out of the window I remember when Burger King used to say you can have it your way whatever happened to that

I know how food service is—especially Popeyes so I don’t fuss. Lately when I go they’re out of the number one cool so I Called to make sure they had the filet this time.she said yes. Got there waited in line no chicken sandwich 😠 Asked the person at the speaker do they know when truck comes or when they’ll have some she said ”naw” dryly 🙄
