Wow! This pizza is literally burnt. Why would you deliver this to me in this kind of shape? Need to pay more attention to the look and quality of the food. I understand the pizza was $5.99, but put in the print on the coupon “pizza is burnt and your kids probably want eat it”

Dominos on Green Springs Hwy, I order my free pizza using my points and it was good. But, it had a slightly burnt crust and not enough of the Asian garlic sauce on the crust. If it had more it would have been really good. It was prepare by Kania. I give the entire order 3.5 🤩!
Next, on 1, July 2020, I order a the steak sandwich, the medium Hand Toss ExtravangaZZa pizza with no black olives, extra onions, and the Sweet Mango Habanero 8 piece wings. However, I got the hot and spicy wings instead.I called back and talk to Christian and she placed in the comment section for me to get any 8 piece wings with no expiration date. But, I didn’t see the black olives on my pizza until after I had called in about the wings mistake. But, as you look at the pictures you’ll see exactly what I stated. However, my pizza was really good and the crust was so fresh, hot and the Asian Garlic sauce on the crust was very good. But, I don’t eat or like olives. Therefore, I had to get rid of it. But, I do appreciate the service I received. I give this order a 3.7🤩. I just want to say that I’m grateful to have Domino’s open and have good professional people who listen and solve your issues with respect and courtesy. I give that 5 🤩 Stars!

Save your time and find another location the app said my pizza has been ready since 10:31 and it's now 11:43 and still no delivery. If you want a pizza that has been sitting for over an hour and your expecting a fresh one well this is the perfect place to go

I can’t comment on quality of food because I didn’t get the chance to order any. It’s frustrating to listen to a long drawn out message about all their plans with Covid (that I frankly don’t care about) and then finally be placed on hold for like 5 minutes. To be clear, the automated system put me in the hold queue. I finally hung up tired of waiting, called Pizza Hut across the street, and had my pizza ordered and I was off the phone in less time than I spent holding with Dominos.

Ordered delivery at 6:15 Sunday. Delivery estimate was an hour and a half. After two hours, I called for an update. On hold for 45 minutes, so I hung up. After 3 hours, I called again for an update. 15 minutes on hold this time. I was told that my order was ready and waiting for the driver to pick it up. I asked how long that would take, and was told that it could take a while. I offered to drive to the store to pick it up and they said fine. When at the store, I asked for my delivery fee and tip refunded. I realized after I got home that the cashier refunded the delivery fee, but kept the $6 tip. Pizza was cold. Garlic knots were soggy. Wings were cold. The 3 dipping sauces we purchased were not in the box.
Oddly, I got a call from Domino's at 10:15 that the order is on the way. Apparently they were perfectly fine making my family wait 4.5 hours for our order.
Absolutely unacceptable. Needs a major overhaul.

Literally the worst pizza place. Delivery 30 min late. Delivered pizza with no sauce. Seriously. No sauce. The manager argued with me that there was sauce then left me on hold. Stay far away.

We usually love Dominos because it’s affordable and good quality, but last Friday we ordered ahead. I got a notice that the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. When we got to the store there was a long line. One person said it would be 10 minutes. Another said they had no idea how long it would be. We waited 20 minutes and then asked for a refund. They couldn’t even print a receipt to prove we got the refund. They blamed everything on a computer error with their oven. My husband wrote to their corporate office and never heard back. We wasted time waiting for a nonexistent pizza and then came home to make a frozen one, but we weren’t the only ones waiting. The customer service was non-existent. Dominos should have reached out with free pizzas to all of us who were trying to get food that night.
