Taco Bell

Went by at about 10pm on a Saturday. Was told "the system was down". When asked which system they said all the systems. When pulling away I noticed most of the staff and the person I talked to with head phones and mic on just hanging out in the parking lot. All other drive thrus around this store we're busy and this store was empty. Wouldn't be surprised if they close soon do to lack of revenue.

The service here is awful. Customer service seems to be a long gone expectation. Not only did the workers at this location leave out a burrito I purchased, they refused to give it when I sent my daughter to pick it up after calling and speaking with a man who told me to just come back and it will be given. Monique, who says she is the manager was very unhelpful. She said she needed the receipt. I gave my daughter the order number from the receipt so she could look up the order. She refused the order number, demanding the receipt and wouldn’t send the burrito. Spending $6 in gas to get a $2 burrito. Will not be supporting this location anytime soon.

Came here at 12:30 am. Went through the drive through and the said they only have burritos and crunchy tacos..... OK. So no Mexican pizza (which is featured) no nacho fries, no gorditas? Sorry but I don't believe that this restaurant is that bad at ordering their supplies that they can't provide a full menu. I think the employees are too lazy to make a full menu. If you don't want to cook after a certain hour, that's cool, post a limited menu like McDonald's. Otherwise just say I don't feel Like making your food.

Waited in line for at least 25 minutes. We would have left, but I did an online order and could only receive order in drive-thru. Wrong food items were bagged. Free Doritos taco ordered. At the speaker, I was told they were out of Doritos tacos. At the window, there were at least 5 people just standing around behind the counter while the drive through was backed up. Never going to this location again.

I waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes before I got to the speak and when asked for the Mexican pizza combo the girl with some blonde locs and a male with a lot of tattoos told me that I had to place my order on the mobile app or door dash, so I drove out of line place my order on the app and then I went back through the drive through only for the male to tell me that I had to come in the inside to pick up my order and I asked the girl with locs why they didn’t tell me that the first time when I got to the speaker? So I asked the girl with the locs to help me cancel my order and the male with the tattoos closed the window on and threat to call the police on and I told him to call the police, so I pulled up in front and went in where I was met by the Gm Bre and I explained to her what had happened, so she apologized and fixed my food. The boy with the locs, the heavy set boy with the little afro and the girl with the locs was very rude, unprofessional and had bad customer Service and I will avoid going to this restaurant in the future.
