Burger King

Travelers, keep moving! On a trip from Nashville to the Gulf Coast, my small children developed a charming quirk that they no longer enjoy eating in the car so we stopped here to get a bite to eat and use the facilities. When we walked in, there was one customer in the dining room and no one in line when we arrived. My husband got in line to order food and the kids and I headed to the bathroom where we found that despite the fact there was a sign indicating it was vacant, the door wouldn’t open. I asked my husband to come see if he could take the kids in the mens room and I would go order, when an employee came out and told us that the bathrooms were locked as they were for customers only. I pointed out my husband had been in line to order food until we encountered bathroom difficulties, at which point she continued to berate us until frustrated with the circular argument - we left.

-☆ the employees are so f¿《€ing rude! They don't have any ice cream machines not working or any cookies they bearly have pies but theyre out dated. My girlfriend was turned down on using the restroom stating that their door was locked and they could not get in it I then right before we left another group of people came in and they were able to use restroom Magically the key appeared and of course I let them known how I feel about that

Wow you wouldn't believe what I witnessed.... First I want to say the cashier on the drive thru was so nice even if my order was wrong. Kindness supercede a lot of things. I was waiting for my order when a spider jumped on my window and the cashier go some water and tossed it on my window for me... Bravo. Receiving my order I drove off and got a ways and realized my order was wrong. I turned around and went inside. The cashier apologized sincerely for the mistake. Now here is the crazy part. The Manager was so rude. Arguing with her about the order being wrong in front of me. She was so disrespectful just talking down to her like she was nothing. The other customer walked up about there order the one I had received and it got heated the Manger went off Customers walked out. Wow. Only a typical Saturday I suppose hmmmmm. I had the worst service here this morning well I didn't even get service. I stopped at the Burger King location in Homewood Alabama off oxmore road this morning as I always do on my way to work. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes before I was able to make it to the intercom and they drive through and I sat there for about 10 minutes before I finally said hello I said hello twice and the lady rudely got on the intercom and told me that she heard me she knew I was there and I told her that she could have at least informed me that she needed a minute she immediately started yelling at me and said I was yelling at her which I was not and she told me that if I did not shut my mouth that she had the right to refuse me service and she did refuse me service so I drove off I am one of the managers at floor and decor our store managers gets breakfast for the whole store here at least once a month but we will not be coming there anymore the people that work in that establishment need a serious course on customer service I waited in that line for 25 minutes was late to work and was not able to even get service because of the rude employees that work there if I could give a 0 I would. Rude unprofessional management and staff I am embarrassed for the owner of this place they just lost alot of business
