Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

6 employees standing around doing nothing with a line in the lobby. Mostly kids kids working there with horrible attitudes. One young lady was scratching her head with out gloves on. My order was a mobile order to be picked up thru the drive thru at 534pm. I was informed after sitting in the line for 15 minutes that I could NOT pick up my order thru the drive thru but had to come inside. Once inside with the same nasty attitude I was informed that my order wasn't even ready. It was now 5:56pm. When I questioned the Mgr on duty he said it was above his pay grade.

if i could give this popeyes zero stars i most definitely would. horrible customer service. never has food. wait for over 30 minutes every time. tried to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe the first time coming was just a bad day. but every single time it’s horrible. how does a chicken place run out of chicken.

Paid $41.00 for a 16 piece family meal I got 13 pieces of chicken, that was old, and looked as if it had been eaten off of. Chicken was soggy, biscuits hard, Mac& cheese was burned and dry. I tried calling to get my order replaced. However, no one answered. Crew members were loud, and distracting the cashier while I was placing my order. I don't recommend this place it should have 0 stars. I vote for shutting it down unless you can find someone to run it properly. The Popeyes employees should be ashamed for wasting people's time, money and gas. Corporate should fire everyone from the store manager down and start over with people who can actually provide customer service and quality product. This is a disgraceful to say the least. Until this is rectified I will make sure to deter everyone I know from going to the Popeyes in five points west on Bessemer super highway.
