Dunkin'

DO NOT USE. Worst experience ever. I decided to surprise my customer with 6 dozen doughnuts and put the order in on DoorDash *the day before*. THIS note came attached my order. They did not contact me OR DoorDash that they could not fulfill the order. This made us look bad to our customer. I will never use this store for our business again.

STORY TIME: My traumatic experience at Dunkin’ Donuts 😡 Every time i come to this store, the food is wrong. When i place mobile orders the drinks are wrong or they’re out of something and when i get to the window staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I have to explain multiple times what i had ordered and in return get eye rolls from them. They’re not attentive and don’t reply when you ask for something, (instead they slam the door in your face) and walk away for minutes. When they handed me my online order i was missing over half of it and was told to “have a good day” and then waited another 3 minutes at the window to explain i was missing almost all of my order. I would not recommend this place. Food. Drinks. and Staff are all bad. Will not be returning

I just moved here and this Dunkin has gotten my order wrong the 3 times I've been there. I tried it 3 times to give them chances but no more. Today I went back and told them my order was wrong which was the first time I said anything because I know Dunkin's are always busy. They gave me the wrong order again after I told them it was wrong. I had to describe exactly what I ordered and they said they didn't have that and never have. It's kinda funny since they had it a few days ago. The experience was definitely frustrating, but the attitude I received from multiple workers was crazy. I hardly ever write bad reviews, but felt the need to for this one. Good luck if you go here.

I just had the worst experience ever! I will never visit this Dunkin on Gasden Hwy again! I was waiting in the drive thru forever ! However, I patiently waitedbecause my wife wanted Dunkin Donuts, no one ever came on to take our order. Therefore, we preceded to the window. No donuts were available other than something we didn't want. I'm soo disappointed because my wife is disappointed! It's Mother's Day!

I was completely humiliated by these workers, the only helpful one was the one named Jamiri, I was threatened and called names for only wanting my correct order. I was completely passive and nice. I tried to get something else instead but they instead slammed the window in my face. I hope this place hires new workers.
