Travel nurse here and dedicated foodie! This Food Truck is EXCELLENTE!! THAT BRISKET PIZZA---GOODNESS/GRACIOUS--add red onion if you're ok with onions and dip in the BBQ sauce---YUM, YUM, YUM!
Also SERVICE WAS GREAT! We had ordered a lot of stuff for our work unit one night and everything top marks!!!

We live in the ATL and often visit Birmingham AL to see our family. This restaurant is just the best in town! The service is always amazing and the food is wonderful! Love their classic Italian recipes with some twists, Chef Eric really knows what he is doing!

Tend to eat here at least once a week, if not more. Hands down the best late night eats around! They are always helpful even when I want a special order. Will keep coming back.

From scratch Alfredo to die for! The Brisket Nachos are my favorite. The Pizza Strippers are so amazing! Chef and owner is super friendly and cooks his butt off for this establishment to offer a fresh take on Italian with a fusion style I adore! I LOVE RUSCELLI’S!!!!!!!

Ate at truck tonight. The dry meatball wasn't my favorite. The spaghetti and Alfredo were good. The amount of food for price kept stars down.

Had a brisket pizza taco at Trucks by the Tracks. Not impressed. The brisket was cold, the toppings were just basic cheap salad. The pizza part was okay but definitely wouldn't try this food truck again.
