Awful. I placed my order, blackened tilapia and grilled shrimp. 1st I had to place my order, pay then take a number to display when I parked. It took 30 minutes. The food was steaming hot BUT either the grill needed cleaning or they tried to blacken the bottom of the fish. The green beans were good but the fish turned my stomach. I'll be going to Texas Roadhouse tomorrow to get a decent grilled salmon dinner.

I love captain D’s and I’ve been to many over the years but this was the best experience I’ve had. If you eat at Captain Ds regularly you know they usually have some type of wait , but I only waited about 10 minutes during the lunch rush which was amazing! Then the food was top tier . Fresh, hot , seasoned! Great customer service as well!

The manager was great she allowed my crew and I come in and order and dine in and with a staff of 2ppl she was running this store like a pro taking orders on front ,drive thru ,running both registered taking food out to customers and giving food to customers inside as well and the food was hot and great the cook was about his business in the back they need a raise and some help but its but it's hard to get good help

The cook is very loud and unprofessional...she prepared orders wrong and blamed the person who took orders that were placed correctly but the preparer refuse to accept responsibility and come from kitchen took someone's order and talked very badly about the young lady to the customer while the young lady went to the bathroom..and yet again she was loud and unprofessional...this place needs a better management team

The food was great! The employees are short staff so it took much longer on getting the food. They move fast to the best of their knowledge. I know how it is when is not enough staff to help out. I still give you all a 5 star for all the diligently hard work you put through to achieve your goals with customers like me. It more more than enough in my book😌🙂🙃🤗

The customer service was horrible the girl at the front counter appear to not want to be at work so she wasn't very welcoming , the food took quite a while to come up and it was not hot,
the vegetables were over cooked the fries were cold with no salt on them.
