Waffle House

Hi, I've never been to Alabama but one day I hope to come and give you'll a big hug. I just watched what you wonderful people did for your co-worker on his graduation day. that is so special.brought tears to my eyes. I just want to say Thank you'll, what a blessing you all are. Shows their is still good people in this world. I can't imagine he was going to miss his special day he worked for,for all these years. Congratulations to him & getting to go to college. The services at this location has always been pleasant and cool. I typically come here late night when the wife needs a food fix. The one time that I visit in the early morning. The experiences was about the same. I have to say if your in need of a good waffle house experiences. Make sure you visit this one.

Stove area was nasty. The staff never cleaned up around the waffle maker. While I waited for my order I saw several roaches under the stove area. Person in charge had a great personality, staff kept playing games with each other but not really interacting with the customers. They got the orders out but rarely talked to customers.

If you want some good customer service, go here on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday & Sunday in the morning time! I had this awesome waitress and you can tell she wasn't being nice just for a tip, customer service just is her Middle name, had like a Northern Accent too! Was in school & all, we even converse about the periodic table a little bit! I gots to go back to see her again! Just because she is who she is!! Food was extremely good & I just when I thought customer service didn't exist anymore! Let's all get together & experience it, let's pack the house!! Geat place!!
