I eat at this location occasionally and always receive friendly service. The food is typical to every Subway. Restaurant is quick and efficient, and CLEAN!

Everyone is super polite and in all my days of getting the tuna sub no one has ever offered to toast the bread and cheese before putting the tuna in. Not until today!

The professionalism is horrible at this Subway. No name tags WHY??? The vegetables can be fresher, the bread at times be hard not fresh. The condiments look nasty. Vic you can do better. The nasty employees that work there are P and SK very rude and made my sandwich so sloppy. I was in with my coworkers and every last one of them said they will not be coming back to this location ever. It was at least 7 of us. Get them together u losing customers and money. I WILL NOT BE BACK OR MY COWORKERS. THEY SEEM LIKE FAMILY MEMBERS WORKING FOR U.

They don't accept subway coupons and after visiting 6 other subways from 5points west to Hueytown none of them do!!!! After spending so much money with them coupons are a way of showing gratitude for patronizing their establishment, to give something back BUT NO!!! It seems you'll only get what they allow you to and that's not right. I've been a subway customer for well over 25years and I'm pretty much done with them...not just the coupon issue but several other issues that should be brought to light.

The service could definitely be friendlier but the food was good,fresh veggies and meat though the condiments are a bit bland but you get in and out and there is indoor and outdoor dining areas as most of the restaurants in the area have and the sandwiches go down easily but the drinks tasted a little funny ,other than that this a good place to eat and cheap as well

Always just as i order.
Would get 5 stars but have only seen 1, yes one same employee over 11 months of eating there.
Bad management is to blame for employee turnover.

Need fresher lettuce. Stop using the same gloves for opening oven and back to make sandwiches. Unsanitary.
