Domino's Pizza

On May 7th, 2022 I made an order of 20 pizzas to be delivered to my residence for an event. Right away, I experienced rude customer service and a bit of hostility due to the quantity of pizzas being ordered. The manager working that night even flipped me off when I went back into the store to report the disgusting quality of food that was delivered to me which was a pizza with a whole footprint on it, several uncut and burned pizzas. To top it off, the manager also racially profiled me and said, “you’re just a typical Mexican buying our medium two toppings pizza”. I have no words for these employees and as to what went through their minds with my experience here. If anyone has a corporate number that actually answers, let me know.

Very disappointed in this location. I know everyone is having staffing issues, etc., but I placed a order and expected delivery within a reasonable time. I highly suggest finding another pizza place. I mean the only reason people order Domino's anyone is the expediency right? I wouldn't order from here until they can fix there problems. Waiting hours and getting no feedback is horrible. At least they said they would refund my money, but no big deal, hours later they still have not started my pizza. In short, eat good pizza and forget fast food chains. Eat local. They also cancelled an order after two hours without notifying anyone. Buyer Beware. This place is horrible.

I order regularly and have great experiences. I ordered today and requested well done pizzas. They were not well done. Domino's is great about making it right which they are doing. However, the annoyance of the Domino's employee was not appreciated. Not my fault they got it wrong the first time.
