Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered takeout online received confirmation. Arrived there 10-15 mins after order was supposed to be ready. They had no clue about my order. Kept asking me if I was at the correct store. Have been trading with that location for at least 20 years. They finally found the order in the computer. Had to wait 25-30 more mins to receive my order. They offered no apologies or anything for the time I freaking wasted waiting. Never again. Marcos Pizza Trussville Alabama will be my go to moving forward. They are a little farther away better pizza and better service.

I'm trying to understand "why is this location open". I ordered a pizza at 7:35 didnt arrive until after hours around 10:37p.m., no one answered my phone call from 8:03pm-10:30pm; this is ridiculous. They have terrible customer service, they take your money and not even the cooperate office has not response to any complaints. Not pleased

Papa John's usually is really good but we ordered a large pizza and it came burnt and it wouldn't have even been that bad had we not been able to taste that it was burnt. We order often and would hate to have to go somewhere else due to the fact that when we called, a manager said that the pizza goes thru a conveyor belt and if he prepared it again it would be the same 🤔🤔🤔 I was under the impression it was was prepared fresh and if the conveyor belt method burns it then they need to turn the heat down a little bit. I love Papa John's because their Pizza is very good especially the extra cheesy chicken alfredo pizza I love it very much. It is never dry and is always feeling if you have chicken but if it's just cheese then is not as filling but this pizza is always perfect unlike the beef or pepperoni. Kdesignsandcrafts . com

Health & Safety isn't a priority when it comes to this location. Every single employee in the building didn't have a mask on and most of them are making the food. Most restaurant or food places that I visit they were a mask to make sure everyone is safe. Customer services is absolutely horrible as well. No one listen to what you have to say. Lastly, why don't they match what they have online as well. Everyone on this building needs to be re trained as well.
