Went just for the fries!!! Got the xl fries. Cost more than a loaded fry, but my childhood love for the fries came up, just to be disappointed. Fries were not fresh hot, and they were soft like. Never again, will I come back to this location. I'll let my past love go

Ok so I'm not sure if you can tell but the cheese is not melted. It took me less than 15 minutes to get to my destination so why is my sandwich and fries cold? The residual heat alone is supposed to melt the cheese right? So that means the meat is cold... I understand the fries being warm instead of hot but EVERYTHING was cold... They get ONE more star because the service is fast but the girl at the window had the LARGEST attitude ever so I'm not sure if I'll be coming back to this one.

I placed a pick up order at this location, when I got there they told me they had not seen my order. So I waited to see if it would come. The manager sends another associate to tell me the same thing, but I'm looking at the receipt in my email and my bank account so I know something's up. I call customer relations and give them the order number. The customer service rep told me that my order had been closed. So either they canceled my order, or one of them ate my food. I don't know which and I don't know who, but Lord willing I never find out. Wasted my lunch and I had things to do that's why I placed a pick up order

My burger was cold although I ask for fresh hot fries. They probably would have been cold had I not ask. But how you gone serve hot fries and cold burger.

Usually I have somewhat of a fair experience with this restaurant but today I just had say something. I walked up to the walk up window and first thing I seen was somebody sitting on a table which I'm sure has got to be some health code violation. But I could look pass that. But when somebody came to window they told me they were closed. So I asked them what time they closed, they said 8, so I looked at my phone it was 7:34. When I told them that they said they were breaking down and didn't have any meat left. I know the only reason they closed thirty minutes early so that they could leave exactly at 8..but if you close at 8 then that's what time you should close..at 8 not thirty minutes early just cause you trying to leave.

Last visit to this place. No ice for drinks.. When got them home they were flat...couldn't drink. Fries were soggy even though I had to wait for them to be cooked. Not impressed at all.

I have been to a rallys in about 4 or 5 years but I was hungry and passing a rallys and there wasn't a long line at the time. My food was piping hot and delicious. The window staff was beyond nice and respectful and patient because I could not decide what I wanted. High fives to the rallys by Princeton hospital. God bless y'all.🙏🙏🙏🙏

Today order a meal with no ice. The business only accepted correct cash, debit or credit. I was a former manager and in cases like this we just petty cash to buy ice. There are several gas station and clearly someone could have walked to get some ice. I gave a one star because of no ice
