I honestly don't even know where to begin. The date was 05/21/2022 around 0630 in the evening. I write the date and time because I specifically want each team member on this shift to know how incredible they were during my visit. The service was impeccable. That's honestly no surprise because the service at Greystone chik fil a is always top tier. Team members go above and beyond. It is so appreciated. I did a catering pick up order and at the very last minute while standing at the counter, I asked if I could add an additional 64 count nugget. I was so nervous to ask because it was a lot to ask for very last minute. Not only did they get it done with no problem, but with the sweetest smiles on their faces. They filled that last minute catering order within 5 minutes. You cannot receive this type of service anywhere else. I am speechless. A catering order of 128 nuggets, a pan of macaroni and cheese, and tray of cookies and brownies and I waited no more than 10 minutes and they carried it out to my car for me. Above and Beyond. They always go the extra mile and I hope they are recognized for this. Greystone Chik-fil-a team members deserve their props. THEY ARE THE BEST YOU CAN FIND! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Good Service. I am not sure the address is correct. I could not find this place on google maps. It kept bypassing it and unfortunately there was no address on tge reciept. Of course the line was wrapped around tge building, however it was actually smooth. The wait was worth it to bite down on a HOT chicken sandwich that was not red light warmed. THE STAFF WAS EXCEPRIONAL, as usual.
