service was extremely poor! sat at the drive through menu for over 10 min, while the two ppl in front of me had no issue ordering. i finally pull to the window to see the employees mopping with there back to the window, i honked 3 times before being noticed. at witch time i was told my 4 door< over sized tire, and heavy duty bumper, tacoma truck didn't weigh enough after watching a civic go before me. note it was said in a rude and condescending way. so much for the customers always right.

No Stars, this has to be the worst BK in America, the server came on the speaker and said, I needed to get out of line because they already had two large orders they were working on and it would be a 20 min wait for me. I said there’s a vehicle behind me and I can’t back up, and one vehicle had just pulled to the window so I was in between. He said he would allow that car to move to the other side of the building. Every time I’ve been there it’s a problem, I either have to wait at the 1st window until they tell me to move or wait on the opposite side of the building. But no worries I will never RETURN TO ANY BK RESTAURANTS.

Slow service...cashiers at drive thru always ask you to pull around to the double doors for food pick up. They do this so it appears their drive thru speed of service is quick and exceptional, when in fact it takes a solid 10 minutes to actually have your order brought out to you. Employees have no personality and they are only there to collect a paycheck, not to make sure the customer experience is a good one.
