Burger King

There lines is unpredictable. Sometimes they get you out of the drive through fast sometimes there slow. But if you tell them you want extra ketchup and pickles on your sandwich they will charge you extra for it and they still want put it on it. It's best if you tell them too give you extra ketchup and put your pickles in a plastic cup. That's the only way you will get extra what you paid for there.

I want this to be known!! Ms. OR Mrs. Ann ( the name she gave Me before turning her name tag around) at the Burger King on the Parkway ( Roebuck area ) is VERY! disrespectful. Today June 29,2022 8:45p.m. I sent my kids to purchase a meal for my son who is artistic. He ONLY eat PLAIN burgers! Meaning No ketchup mustard mayo pickles NOTHING But Bread cheese and the bacon and bread. We ordered the #4 Bacon king. Well Ms. Ann took it upon herself to act like she did something to my child’s food. Her attitude told it ALL. Very POOR customer service. I don’t like the words… Go ahead and eat it.. What does that mean Ms. Ann? The Night Manager!! Well she wouldn’t let me use My perks.. I’m sure her name isn’t Ann. But she did have the Braids with 1 D-8n gold tooth in the front of her mouth! I refuse to let this go due to me throwing the WHOLE MEAL AWAY! Because I do NOT TRUST MS. Ann OR SHOULD I SAY THE DISRESPECTFUL LADY WITH THE BRAIDS AND 1 BIG GOLD TOOTH IN THE FRONT OF HER MOUTH! I definitely will NOT be going back Unless Ms. Alisha is there!

Terrible. Every time I go. I try and give it another chance 👎🏾. The manager in the morning is very rude. Older lady, dark skin, grey hair. Everytime I go and tell them what I want before I can finish she's talking over me, and she isn't even the one that originally took my order. Then the food is never right. Yeah I need 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwiches. Get home, all sausage. Worst.

I just came from the Burger King and I understand that the long wait is due to the lack of employees but on the flip side of that while sitting there waiting at the window the young lady that took my order had a major attitude. She did not want to be there and she copped an attitude with me more than once. And she was multitasking taking orders plus handing out the window which slowed her down that's much further and you could actually hear her cussing up a storm underneath her mask. It'll be a while before I go back to this restaurant due to the lack of service cuz I've been in the food industry for most of my adult life I know how to do it and I know how to run it and that definitely wasn't the way for it to run

2 stars because the meal is occasionally hot when I order here. Tonight the drive thru attendant answers the intercom with a simple “yea!” Not how my I help you or what can I get for you. Which is extremely rude and unprofessional. Then goes on to let me know the store is closed exactly a hour and 30 mins before the actual closing time of this location. Which is no problem if they decided to close early, but the way it was communicated is horrible and the owner of this location should be embarrassed of the individuals he/she is allowing to be the face of their establishment!

Food at this location is average at best. Cashier is always rude as hell and even the new young black girl is rude. They rarely get my order right. Cheese is never melted on anything. Always ask for cheese on my chicken sandwich and get charged for it but never get it on my sandwhich??sandwich??? The building is in dire need of paintwork, cleaning and new soffit and trim.
