Bojangles

I am giving this Bojangles 5 stars, because their food is AMAZING. Especially their biscuits, better than grandma, mom, and Jack’s! The manager Autumn did learn how to make something ‘right’ today. I hope in her heart, she will always remembers to: say what you do and do what you say❣️✌️🌸 Thank you Autumn for making it right.

After she processed my payment, the cashier told me that they didn't have any wings. She wanted to give me more drumsticks, but I declined and asked for a refund. Instead of getting a refund, I was charged twice. They had to figure out how to process a refund. I got 2 refunds, then realized that I was charged a 3rd time and had to drive all the way back over there to get the chicken instead of a refund because I didn't want to get charged again. They were nice and resolved my issue, but I didn't appreciate the inconvenience.

I must say that the new fish sandwich was the best I ever had from a fast food joint . It was cooked to order and it has the texture of homemade fish, that has been fried in corn meal. The seasoning that they put on it was great and was tasted throughout the sandwich. Very seasoned filet of fish and comes on a quality bun. I had mine plain with only cheese. I would definitely order the sandwich again. It was not thrown together either.

The drive through service is the worst. I have been to Bojangles all over the south east this by far the worst one I have ever been to . The drive thru made us wait 15 minutes only to find out they no longer serve tenders?**& The eat in was closed according to one of the workers, but there were people coming out who had ordered before us.

I always go to this location on my way to work in the mornings and I always have the same problem. If there’s certain people working, they won’t let you order fries or anything that’s not breakfast until 11pm but when other people are working I can order anything I want? The managers need to make up their mind on when they wanna serve lunch.
