Nice atmosphere and the inside/ outside seating is very nice. Host and seating was pleasant and fast. Those are the two stars, now into the rest. The food was not at all what I'd hoped. Greasy (and simultaneously dry which was new to me) macaroni, terribly un-seasoned salmon, someone's terrible excuse for succotash, Fried chicken taste like it was "marinated in dish water" to quote my 18yr old son, and the (vegan) burger and artichoke dip were just "ok". At this price point I expected more but maybe the drinks are really good? I hate to leave a review like this but I wanted others from out of town to get an honest opinion from a foodie. I think if you're going for drinks then maybe it would be cool even though from my vantage point there was a lot of ice being served which is one reason I didn't order a cocktail; but I wouldn't eat here again.

Awesome food horrible service. We ordered an appetizer and were never given silverware or napkins. When we pointed this out to someone he brought us just napkins. Our waitress noticed we needed more water when she brought the appetizer but only brought it after our meal was delivered, all the while she was filling other waters around us. The fried fish was delicious, they were out of our first choice, and after we decided to order coffee. Our waitress told us it had to be French press which was fine because it looked great at the table next to us. She did not bring the press only one cup of coffee. She gave both tables next to us the full press which had two or three cups worth inside. We were still charged 12 dollars for one cup of coffee. It seems like you take a risk with wait-staff when you eat here which is not worth it for the price.

Nice area but almost all the parking is metered or garage. Small cramped restaurant with an upscale menu. I ordered the Grilled Chicken. Flavor was ok, meat was a bit dry. Presentation was very nice. I'm a simple guy and felt like I was paying more for the chef's art degree than for a filling meal. Not bad if you're into that but it's not for me, especially at the prices offered. Cheese cake was very rich. Vest shared between 2 people.

First we had to wait 30 minutes before a server even acknowledged our table or brought us water(after we reminded them we were still waiting on them after they had forgotten about us). Next after another hour of waiting on our food, it was such a disappointment. The truffle fries didn’t have the seasoning on them? The burger was tiny and a chunk of meat, which tasted completely average for how much they made us pay for it. Next the chicken sandwhich had stale croissant bread and my friend received his, half the size of mine…. It also tasted completely mid. The server was not very professional. My friends steak was cooked wrong. And overall not a good experience. We had to ask for the bill after not being checked on for a while. Save yourself a paycheck and go somewhere else.

Came here on Tuesday with a friend and had the pleasure of having Ally as our server . Was very friendly and courteous and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Food came out hot and fresh and everything was AMAZING . So good that I came back on Wednesday, the very next day with my son. As soon as I walked in the door Ally greeted us and remembered me from the day before lol which I appreciated. She went above and beyond both times and made sure my son was happy and comfortable . 5 stars to this establishment and Heirloom Hospitality for having such wonderful and pleasant staff .
