Primo's Pizza

Perfect pizza place!!! Good quality ingredients, tasty and you must try their famous pepperoni ready slices which are perfect for those times where you are hungry and in a rush. They also have a wide top notch drink assortment so you can make your pizza day perfect for any occasion either playing video games, watching a movie or a fancy 2 person dinner. Loved it, is my new pizza place!

First time going to Primo’s pizza was yesterday, and I must say they did not disappoint. The food was of great and fresh quality, my only concern was there timing, and yes I’m aware that an estimation time for completing an order is usually given, but their timing was completely off. I was given a 20 minute wait; however it was more like 40-45 min wait. I do recommend and I will be back.

I do not know what happened to the kindness of the people who work for Primo's in Birmingham, but it is not the friendly one I am use to. I arrived to get a few slices of pizza the other day and witnessed one of the employees aggressively coming out and yelling at a young man to clean up his dog's business in front of Primo's parking lot. The problem is that the dog was still doing his business and the aggressive employee startled the dog while he/she was going. It was a very uncomfortable position for the young man as he couldn't pick up the mess until his dog was done, yet being yelled at by this employee. While this was happening I received my slices of pizza and paid for them. Everytime I go buy pizza slices from Primo's they place the slices in a bag for me as a professional food business does, but on this occasion the counter employee put the flat bag on the counter and placed the slices above the bag expecting me to put them in the bag. The employee didn't even greet me the entire time I was there, which is unusual for them. This entire experience on this particular day has really changed my opinion of Primo's Pizza in Birmingham, MI.

After messing up my order, they rushed to try and finish it (which I do thank them for doing). However, after eating what was probably the wettest burger I’ve eaten (which I do admit, I should’ve probably stopped the moment I had noticed it was not cooked properly) I had managed to receive food poisoning from it today. While they do have quality pizza, we are not willing to go back due to this experience. This is unfortunate, as we live just down the road from them.

Needless to say it was great to be back in the old neighborhood and have a good old slice of Primos which was and will always be one of my favorite places to do so. Although it is based off unfortunate means, I do love the new Decor that is fused with the same Nostalgic Atmosphere that Primos has always been known for

Great pizza, but the ability to get an order correct.. zero points. Also the menu prices are wrong a the time of this review so be aware of that when placing an order. If John was around the order would have been made right or a refund would have been given. All my wife was offered was a credit voucher. Sad, but all good things end.
