The Bagel Factory

Bagels and the cream cheese is good but that's about it! The customer service is horrible! They aren't welcoming, polite or very helpful at all. It feels like they don't have time to answer a simple question when your the only person there. When I tried to check out it felt like they were already trying to make change when I pulled my wallet out when I was going to pet with a card.. They are just rude there, I've tried to give them the benefit, and tried them several times over the last 2 months and every single time I walk away mad b/c it's not a friendly incitement at all.

Great customer service! I had a fairly large order through Uber Eats and wrong order was delivered. I had no idea how to get it quickly rectified (we were HUNGRY)! I called Bagel Factory and they remade the order and delivered it themselves still hot and with extra food for the inconvenience. Way to go Bagel Factory!

I don't normally do reviews but today it's needed. I don't appreciate the rudeness that I got from the older gentleman that was ringing me up. It seems like he felt the need to correct me on what I needed a extra bag for, when all he needed to do was politely hand me a bag. I get that a line was forming behind me, but don't be rude & rush me out the way, my money is just as good as the folks behind me. Also, I didn't like how the lady was correcting the young man in front of me & the other customers, she should of pulled him to the side. So my tip for today is please treat all your customers the same, learn to be more patient & make the customer feel like they want to come back.

I came in this morning for a bagel and coffee. My first time in store. I must have repeated that I wanted a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese at least three times. When the bagel was being prepared, she said "Plain, right?" and I repeated my order again. Imagine my disappointment when I get to work only to find that I've been given a salt and poppyseed bagel with strawberry cream cheese.

Dear Owner; (or to whom it may concern) Your Bagels are really fantastic, BUT I would like the option to buy a BACON BAGEL. I think it would be great. there are Tons of people that like bagels AND bacon. it could be a big seller. What I prepose is that you bake the bacon INSIDE the bagel (like the chocolate chip bagels) From a weekly customer
