Jet's Pizza

Husband just went to picked up our order and these are the burnt boneless chicken wings he was given. this is the second time it’s happened).When he said something to the manager he was told, “ this is the way we are told to cook them”. When he asked for a picture of them to show the owner some kid behind the counter said no. Then he got approval from the manager to get the pic. Cannot wait for Primos to re-open!!!!

We’ve been going to Jets on Eton since we moved here a year ago. The food is fantastic and we’ve never had a wrong order until now. We had a delivery and the pizza wasn’t correct. I called the team and they had a new one out to us in 20 minutes. They were so good about it and fast to correct it. I think it’s easy for a restaurant to get good ratings when things are correct. But mistakes happen and it’s all about how they respond. They were excellent and Christian the manager was wonderful. We will be going back again. And again.

This Jets location is by far one of the best In Michigan. I order from here all the time, and it’s always on point. The staff is kind and professional. They always go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. I placed an order at 9:58pm, they closed at 10pm (Thursday night) they still took my order. They never disappoint! I’m happy this Jets location is close to home, this place is our go to for pizza! Thank you to the gentlemen who offered us something to drink while we waited for our pizza. You guys rock!

The pizza here is pretty solid. The large crispy Detroit style pepperoni pizza is one of our go-to pizzas for game day. It also reheats up well. Over the years they have changed feom regular bone-in chicken wings to boneless chicken wings. I would not recommend paying for the boneless chicken wings. It's just not worth the money. Also of note, this place is always busy but the cashier's have always been friendly. The entrance is also on the street side!

I will never go to the Eton Street location again. I ordered 2 pizzas, drove over to pick them up, got home, discovered they gave me the wrong order. I called them on the way back and they said it would take 15 minutes to remake my order. I got there, waited, and of course checked my order this time before leaving. Mistakes happen, but what I'm most upset about is they didn't seem to care. No apology, nothing. So be it, I will take my business elsewhere.

I live in Oak Park and I go to this location over Berkley. This location truly cares about their customers. I ordered a pizza and once I got home I seen it was wrong. I called a few minutes after they closed. The manager Christian answered and offered to remake my pizza!!!! When I tell you they exceed my expectations every time I mean it!
