A very entertaining experience at Frankley Services today. My burger was lovely, however a little bit on the cold side, no matters. However, the highlight of my day, was the drama with other customers. The staff seemed not to care about their queries, however, I found it particularly amusing.
Wouldn’t go back for the food, but the overall atmosphere.

I've come here many times with my son as its conveniently on route. It's been more of a miss than a hit. I asked for burgers hot off the grill this time as many times they're cold. I don't know if my burgers were given to another customer or I just got cold burgers. Was forced to leave a review this time after ignoring previous bad experiences.

They only got bottled drinks. Even if you order large you get a warm coke bottle. The staff said "that's what we got"

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Ridiculously slow service and the food was rubbish. Order was wrong too. Would have got my food quicker if I'd gone to the next services.

I ordered a kastu curry burger got a plane chicken royal they gave us vegan nuggets instead every meal was messed up I ordered and I wasn't the only person in line whose oder was messed up. Spent 50 pounds for the food to come cold. To make it worse I can't call the number you put on Google that goes through to Frankly service not through to burger King so you can't call to tell them. DON'T FORGET TO CHECK EVERYTHING IF YOU DO ORDER.

Shocking place. Wrote this review whilst waiting for simple meal. 20mins. Staff have two speeds, slow and stop. Wish I'd gone to gregs instead. Looks dirty everywhere too. Avoid.

Would give it zero if I could. I don't know if it's because they are understaffed or what but the place was dirty the food was burnt. The worst part is that I found a hair on my burger (which is not surprising since they aren't wearing any hair nets) 🤢
