Phenomenal. Amazing. Delicious. Perfect. The ambience, the atmosphere, the décor, the service and of course the taste, all were top notch at this dessert place. A group of 10 of us visited on a Saturday night, we were seated within 3 minutes and given menu's as well as guided to view the online menu via the QR codes on the table. We picked our desserts and after a short wait they all arrived within a couple of minutes of each other, so we could all enjoy the desserts without having to wait long for everyone else to get theirs. The portion sizes were good, presentation 10/10 and the taste was heavenly. Service was very good too, constant attention by the waiting staff, all dressed and presented well, all smiles and kindness. It is an upmarket place so prices were still reasonable considering the location and the high end nature of the business. Only negative point is that they do not serve tap water, so you would have to buy bottled water if you wanted it. I know it's a few extra glasses to wash and clean but when you're spending nearly £100 on desserts, you would expect a free glass of water. But that's just me being picky. Overall, can't really fault the place. Keep up the wonderful work everyone.

Went for the first time yesterday to Haute Dolce, located in Star City, Birmingham. The staff working there was lovely and polite and ensured all the customers in their store was catered too, they took their time preparing the desserts which was worth it as the desserts were both photo worthy and tasted amazing. The interior design for their store was lovely and refreshing to see a place in Birmingham like this, it looked very high end but their prices was affordable. They have a wide range on their menu for dessert's and drinks that they offer, they have also highlights favourites on their menu too.

This is our first time at Haute Dolci Star city and it won't be our last. We was greated with a warm welcome by Neelam and she showed us to our seats and explain we could use the QR code or use the menu. Sofia took our order and our food and drinks came out really quick. Everything was tasty, the drink were made with fresh fruit and refreshing. The place is so clean and gorgeous. Thank you to everyone 👍🏾
