They could do with a sanitiser station/ wipes outside, before entering the premises as the door doesn't automatically open! The staff were nice and attended to customers promptly! Toilet available and it was clean. Thank you for the coffee😊 stay safe.
This store use to be very hit and miss, often I didn't get a good sub even when paying extra for fillings etc. My subs almost always cost between £8-£10 each.
However for the last 3 months the service has gotten better, attention to detail much improved and you now get the company standard quantity
Great location between new street and jewellery quarter. Sitting area comfy seats. Food lovely pleasant staff only grip was it was very busy and had to que for about 15 mins but wasn't in too much of a rush so we were ok.
Often big queues on lunchtimes that don't move quickly. Sandwiches generally good and staff aware of offers and promotions.
I love this place! The staff are all great and helpful. I had been to the other subways in Birmingham but this is by FAR the best one !!! The staff make the store great.
