They could do with a sanitiser station/ wipes outside, before entering the premises as the door doesn't automatically open! The staff were nice and attended to customers promptly! Toilet available and it was clean. Thank you for the coffee😊 stay safe.

Great location between new street and jewellery quarter. Sitting area comfy seats. Food lovely pleasant staff only grip was it was very busy and had to que for about 15 mins but wasn't in too much of a rush so we were ok.

This store use to be very hit and miss, often I didn't get a good sub even when paying extra for fillings etc. My subs almost always cost between £8-£10 each.
However for the last 3 months the service has gotten better, attention to detail much improved and you now get the company standard quantitys. The store is always very busy, I have sat in and eat there but it feels like a very busy corridor and I didn't really enjoy eating in, the atmosphere isn't the best, they might even be better getting rid of the seating and letting the staff concentrate on serving rather than front of house.
