Excellent customer service, quick, Efficient and friendly service. Plus I spilt my tea all over the floor and they mopped it up straight away without any fuss, and prepared me a replacement Tea FOC - without prompting very helpful

Very useful option when travelling from international or if walking through to the NEC for a small snack or lunch. Usual Subway standards for service and food which means it is reasonably fresh, quick and convenient.

Very busy as Film and Comic Con was on today, you pay more here than one on your local High Street but that is because of the location. Food is exactly what you would expect from Subway and as its made right in front of you, you know what is going in.
