Honest review....
Shisha quality: I've been to every lounge in birmingham and honestly this place knows how to set up their shishas - foil tight, shiny side of foil facing down, holes properly picked, shisha cleaned.
Customer service: excellent - constantly asking if everything was fine, regularly
The 5 stars are for Sarah I personally think she might be the only reason ppl go back to this place never met someone who loves their job so much... amazing host would recommend ppl to go just to meet her. Keep it up and we will hopefully see you again soon.

I attended the DJ night a few days ago, I honestly loved it... amazing atmosphere, lovely staff.... was better than any shisha place in Bradford. Prime Entertainment were DJ's they were fab, there was loads of entertainment that night... Staff went above and beyond- they regularly came around to cha
Here's the truth about the lounge the reason why its got so many good reviews is because they tell people to do so once you order your shisha, realistically the staff are great, shisha was perfect lasts a long time, but my only concern was the music way way too loud which is why im leaving a star.
First time here & it defo wont be my last. Shisha & desert lounge with VIP area with deep tissue massage seats. Very cosy good place for a chilled smoke during the week or a night out on the weekend with your friends. Customer service was 10/10 catered to every need no request was too small.
I recently visited Luxor and it has now become my go to spot. The Shisha is hands down the best in birmingham and they also do banging milkshakes!!! The lounge itself has a nice relaxed environment which goes well with the ambience. The staff are always on hand to help and deal with any issues that
Was nice and quiet when me and my husband went. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mocktails were really lovely would 100% recommend going
It was nice and chilled. We had paan and vanilla flavour shisha which was nice. The only thing was we were there for ages and no one came to sort the coals out. So probably just a teething error as I know they're a new establishment. Will defo come back again and check the food out this time too.

Amazing atmosphere, the staff are amazing too very polite and good service, the food is amazing and the shisha is in my opinion the best shisha I had. I would recommend to any who likes shisha and highly underrated
Was contemplating coming here as I didn't see many reviews on the shisha more on the atmosphere and customer service i can assure you both were great but the shisha was exemplary I would suggest coming here as I will be doing so more often.

Finally a place that makes you a sheesha and it does limit burn out in the 1st 15 minutes good work the team here have done a fabulous job. This will be my regular now.
Excellent shisha, excellent service, excellent atmosphere. One of the best places I've visited to date. Managed by a guy called umar, lovely chap, also freelances as a masseuse.
You will never find a place better the best sheesa lounge I have been too and the food is spot on.

As a regular smoker been to many lounges. But can say this is one of the best lounges good Shisha friendly staff good atmosphere must visit place for all shisha lovers.
I've been to a few shisha lounges and after today I'm pretty content in saying this is the new spot, shisha hands down best I've had in a long time, was constantly being attended by staff to see if anything was needed, brilliant customer service. Thanks guys
