We come every Sunday for the carvery and already booked for Christmas as food and atmosphere fantastic. Jules and Alan plus Sam and Georgia go above and beyond with their excellent service

This is a very friendly, clean and comfortable establishment run by lovely management; Jules & Alan. Food is good and reasonably priced with the Sunday roasts tasting home cooked. Special mention to 2 staff members Sam & Georgia for their high customer service levels. Would highly recommend.

Today I visited the Crown, the staff in the pub today were Jules, Alan and Sam. I am pleased to say they went above and beyond. The venue was busy and they were all stretched but it was obvious they had this down like a well oiled machine. We were served with a smile, cold fresh drinks and the food was fresh and served with care. This strong team kept everyone happy and served. I did not hear one complaint while I was there. I’ll definitely go again.

Met up with a friend for a quick meal. Good had gone up in price since I'd last gone. Meat good, veg not as hot but overall good. Free car park so long as you put car reg in screen at bar.

We stumbled across this pub by chance, before swimming. We had drinks & light lunch, then booked to come back the same day for dinner! It was a lovely atmosphere, clean & tidy, the staff very helpful & smiley especially Sam! Well priced! Food was lovely, fresh & hot, carvery could do with some seasoning & the mash butter? But nice overall x

Had breakfast on Saturday morning as part of a group of 20 golfers. Food was really good, top quality bacon and sausage. Buffet style, but chef was awesome and walked amongst our group offering additional items to ensure everyone was well fed. Staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Thank you!

The carvery was excellent, hot, well cooked and tasty. The service was first rate. The only downside was the people nearby had their mobiles on speakerphone and for 15 minutes we had to endure their 2 way conversation done at full volume. Next time I would ask a member of staff for help.

Large group of 12 for a family birthday meal. Food was excellent. Great prices for a Sunday carvery.
Staff were warm and welcoming, accommodating to our needs and nothing was too much trouble.
