Been in here quite a few times in the last 5 months , we needed somewhere close to the children's hospital. Love Pret anyway. Staff here are really friendly, and the baguettes, cakes and pastries are yummy

Ideally situated within Birmingham close to offices and hungry employees, they sell a wide range of freshly made sandwiches, fresh soups, hot snacks , hot egg omelette for breakfast, plus hot & cold beverages, fresh fruit, biscuits, cakes & much more, the queues do get long but the friendly staff get everybody served in no time at all.

I cannot give it 5 stars as at rush hour times (1-2pm) the quality of the coffee goes down abit
Try and avoid going at their bussiest times and you will get coffee that tastes the same everytime you get it. Good quality and friendly staff.
They have to many people coming in at lunch time and tend to rush the orders causing a lack in quality.sometimes to cold sometimes to hot.

Was served to a soya latte today and the staff were so kind. I was served by a lady with longer brown hair tied back with glasses and another lady with brown curly hair to her shoulders. I had a really bad day and their happy and kind attitudes were really appreciated. Thank you.
