Kouzina Greek - Selfridges Birmingham

The children and I ate here for lunch and we still discuss it now. The food was delicious and plenty! It maybe pricey but you are at Selfridges and you receive a full platter of delightful food. The service was good, the lady was very helpful with the menu and very friendly. It’s a busy place so we were very glad we got a seat. Excellent!

Popped into Selfridge's for some shopping and was immediately attracted to the blue and white feature wall of Kouzina. The decor is lovely but nothing compared to the food! I had a platter with chicken souvlaki, flatbread, salad, slaw and chips with a dip. My partner had the vegan falafel wrap. The platter was delicious and rather generous as I found myself struggling to finish, the wife was in love with the vegan wrap, usually vegan options come a little sparse. Not the case here! It came filled with slaw, tomatoes, onions, falafels and chips on a base of houmous then drizzled with tahini and garnished with parsley. The staff were friendly and happy to accommodate dietary requirements, definitely a worthwhile visit if you're popping into Selfridge's!!

I would go back here in a heartbeat as the Greek food was insanely good for the price. Everything tastes mostly authentic in comparison to other Greek places that I've been to in the last few years and the Hummus is especially great. I'd say the service could be slightly better from the team all around, just a bit more attentive and reactionary, but overall everything was pretty good and I'd definitely return.

We visited here for lunch yesterday, a busy Sunday lunchtime. The food was delicious and great value for money. The service was outstanding. Quite a young team, but very polished. The waiters were non pushy, friendly and with impeccable manners. Non-pretentious, relaxed atmosphere with good food and great staff.

This little Greek restaurant may be difficult to find as it's situated within the food hall on the ground floor of Selfridges. The wife and I had a very enjoyable meal here coupled with friendly and efficient service. Hard to fault. Update: Until today's visit, whilst the food was OK sadly the service was a bit of a shambles. Apparently two staff didn't turn up. However I have never had a problem here before and the manager apologised profusely and made a generous gesture. Things can go wrong and I have to give them credit for how they tried to put it right. We'll be back.
