Always missing the ice, meat always burnt, unfortunately after so many complaints I am still not happy with the way they deal with all these situation, the biggest problem is that they advertise the new meat as being better and in my case 9 out of ten was burnt and missing the salt and pepper.
Click and collect order - when I got home we noticed all the fries of the meals were burnt! More like crisps than just snap not a chip. Can tell by the colour of the chips that they were over cooked, more orange than a yellow colour. Has put us off ordering from that restaurant. In the process of trying to get refund
Worst maccys i’ve been to. Always getting my order wrong or they hand it to me flipping cold and stale they can’t operate properly. When you try to complain nicely they get a stick up their ASS for wanting hot food how you giving me cold ass food? Its my local and any others are far from me but won’t be coming back here again
