Divya was attentive throughout our entire dining experience, making sure our drinks were always filled and checking in on us to see if we needed anything else. Not only did she provide excellent recommendations from the menu, but she also took the time to explain each dish in detail, making sure we understood what we were ordering. The attention to detail and level of care she showed was truly exceptional. Divya's friendly and professional demeanor made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We left Qavali feeling incredibly satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service provided by Divya. Amazing atmosphere, perfect customer service. Delicious food and really nice cocktails. Will definitely be coming back. Staff are so nice , always made sure we happy with everything and even got us some Turkish delights on a house. Place is very clean and nice. Would definitely recommend!! And our waiter Raj (sorry if not right spelling) was very very helpful and his service was outstanding!

First time at Qavali and couldn't be happier about the whole experience! We had a lovely night, the whole dinner was amazing. Food was spectacular, staff was very attentive to my diet restriction (they are very versatile so you can ask them to change or remove a specific ingredient). The restaurant is beyond beautiful, I loved the decorations, and super clean as well. A huge thank you to our server , Selma , for our lovely dinner! ♡

Food was really nice. I booked using a virgin experience voucher as a gift for my mum. It would have been cheaper if I booked directly myself. The food was great. Service was really good. The restaurant is a little dark and music is a bit too trancy for my liking. Also they do not have disability access to toilets or disabled toilets. My mum had to struggle up a series of steps to access the toilets. Overall a really pleasant experience.

If you are planning to go out for a meal or even for a cheeky cocktail then this is the right place! Relaxing atmosphere and chill vibe. The food was delicious and the portions are big. The staff are friendly and helpful, they even gone the extra mile and prepared a birthday surprise. Only thing was we were not aware that they have a service charge. All in all lovely place and had a lovely night! Will definitely be coming back again.
