A group of us booked ourselves in for a bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon. The venue was packed to the rafters on this occasion, they were very busy. Despite this, our host kept the drinks flowing and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was lovely, hats off to the kitchen team. With the venue as busy as it was, I was expecting to be let down but the bar staff did not disappoint. I will absolutely be visiting again.
Visited here for a birthday Bottomless brunch. Wow. Prosecco and other equally delicious drinks on tap. A delicious bacon bagel. And very attentive friendly staff. Great atmosphere too .Can't go wrong!
We attended a bottomless brunch today and was served by Dolly. Service was 100/10, faultless. Little did we know she was new otherwise we would’ve thought she had work there for a while based on her fun and top notch service ! Thank you for the entertaining brunch Dolly :)
We had a good time there. Alana was very helpful, so we never had to wait to order. We were able actually to talk instead of shouting, cause music was not too loud.
Manahatta is such a beautiful bar. The aesthetics were gorgeous and we took advantage of the 50% off offer they were doing this week.
The food was gorgeous and the 2 for 1 cocktails were good value and strong in flavour.
The service however was a little slow by the host today and we didn't get a check back to see if we wanted more drinks or how the food was which is what the location should improve on.
I will definitely visit again though.
If you want to experience a relaxed, but upbeat vibe at Manahatta, get there early on the afternoon. If you want 50% off your bill, book online for a January time slot. I arrived at 13:00 and warmly welcomed by its staff. A staff member took me onto a staging platform where the boothed eating area was. She introduced herself and made it clear she was happy to assist me.
I took a look at the two food menus. One was for vegan dishes, the other had a broad range of dishes from vegan to non-veg. Both menus had one thing in common, American style comfort food. If it wasn't on a brioche, fried or slathered in sauce, it wasn't on the menu. I thought I would indulge myself, given the 50% off the bill. I warn you, the food portions are large.
After ordering I took a look around. What a very stylish place this is. It's less an eating venue, more a fancy cocktail bar. There are loads of staff on hand, as I was to find out when my orders arrived.
Of the meals that I chose, not being a burger fan, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chicken-like Beyond Brooklyn vegan burger. The soy meat, tomato and onion ring was rich in flavour. The most impressive looking dish was the Empire State Chicken. It consisted of fried chicken and waffles, skewered and set on a plate of sweet potato fries.
The service was excellent. The food, a little too greasy for my fragile insides. But what an experience. I loved the selection of dance music. The interior, shiny, new with an abundance of space. I could see this being a great place to start and even end the night (when the tables near the bar are moved aside to increase the size of the dancefloor).
Manahatta was absolutely incredible! We had the best time ever, from the amazing food and drinks to the fantastic service. The staff deserves a big shoutout they went above and beyond with their attentiveness and kindness, making us feel truly appreciated. The bottomless party is worth every penny and the service is so fast even for a busy Saturday! The food was absolutely delicious, especially those burgers! And don't even get me started on the cocktails - they were so tasty! The music selection was spot on, creating the perfect vibe, and the lighting and decor added a magical touch to the overall ambience. Honestly, it was a perfect 10/10 experience, and I can't wait to go back again! 🎉🍔🍹
Large venue with ample seating space. Decor was great and service was good. Drinks were decent but the cocktails weren't that great. The espresso martini was way to sweet and didn't taste great. Food was ok but lacked flavour for certain dishes. Overall would come back to try more drinks but I wouldn't order the food.
Located near the train station, just a short walk away. We walked in on a weekday for lunch and cocktails.
The waitress was initially really slow to greet us, we nearly walked out.
However once seated, the waitress was really friendly and offered us recommendations. We ordered 2 cocktails each as it was happy hour and got a mains for lunch.
I had the baos and it was on the spicy side, but delicious and very filling. My partner had the burger and really enjoyed that. The bill came to just over £50 for 2 main meals and 4 drinks. (BOGOF)
It was nice and different, the restaurant decoration felt very urban and cool, the atmosphere had some jazz music on. Overall a nice lunch and good service. Would come back again as a treat day
Great place to visit, called in off the off chance with friends to eat, was quite busy but the manager Archie sorted everything from our seating to food and drinks, even down to sorting a gluten free option that i need for an allergy. Highly recommended, will definitely return.
