As we don't have KFC in Canada which are halal I decided to try it out here in Birmingham as the outlet near to me was halal. The prices are reasonable for the quantity of food that you get. To be honest, I'm more of a fan of spicy chicken and so the chicken Tenders I had were just mediocre, as well as the fries. That's not to say that you won't like it, I just wanted something with a little more zing. Perhaps I will try something else next time. Still, their recipe is tried and tested and famous around the world so they are doing something right. I should mention that the staff at the location I went to were extremely helpful and friendly and very polite, especially the one that took the order and handed me my food. The inside of the restaurant was also extremely clean and well maintained.

My family order and eat in this branch quite regularly. This evening I went to the KFC outlet and placed a large order consisting of burger-zinger meals and a number of side orders. I was served by Mahad K., who provided me with exceptional service.
Mahad was courteous, amiable, approachable and went 'above and beyond' in helping me with various suggestions and recommendations. I was impressed with his demeanour, professionalism and patience throughout our conversation, especially in working out the most suitable choices for me and my family. Throughout my visit, I felt welcome, comfortable and totally at ease.
Rather than ordering by phone next time, I'd be happy to go to the branch again and receive the same excellent service.

I always love kfc zinger burger 🍔 . My husband also love the food . My son doesn't like eating chicken and he ate pop corn chicken for the first time and he finished all of them that was great and I'm happy he liked .

Just literally had lunch here and honestly the staff are so friendly shout out to Jelena who rang my order through. And the food is spot on the batter on the chicken is crispy while the chicken is perfectly juicey still. Best KFC I had in while!

I usually like to support independent businesses but when it's raining and you have a fried chicken craving then this KFC is perfectly situated on a great local high Street.
We ordered the 9 piece bucket meal with 4 sides and our order was ready within a couple of minutes which was perfect as we both were starving.
The chicken was super juicy and full of flavour but a little too salty for our liking. It seems like the deeper you go into the bucket the less salty the chicken was. The french fries and corn on the cob with perfect.

Nice little KFC. Not particularly busy when I went on a Friday night. It's Halal so big bonus for me. Service was good overall although I wasn't given a wet wipe automatically and had to ask for ketchup and tissues.
