Cake Box Birmingham (soho Road)

I love the display cake you have on soho road so much variety and styles. When I came in yesterday the store was very clean especially those shine on the window Harpreet was lovely women to talk to as she gave me a lot of information about the cake I wanted to know because there been few times I been to other cake box store and the staff would not get me the detail information and some.of.them didn't even know what I was talking about but the slices as Harpreet was great at selling I bought display cake and some.slices and it was 100% worth my money it was so soft to eat and light it melt in our mouth and I will be back again thank again Harpreet and soho road cake box you doing great keep it up

We where serviced by a wonderful women called Harpreet. She was very helpful start to finish with my order. Harpreet has excellent customer service skills when managing the front of the shop. She kept calm under pressure as the store gor really busy at one point. Well done harpreet We will see you again and we will be recommending you to our family and friends. Soho Road, cake box, Birmingham Also thank you Harpreet for letting us try all those yummy cakes. The oreo cakes was my favourite.

Delicious slices very soft and Great service from Harpreet it was a busy afternoon in the store but she manage to delivery customer service to each customer and they all left the store with great smiles 😃 sorry for late reply but I was so happy with the experience Harpreet gave me felt very welcome and I will certainly be back again

Difficult place to get parking The service I received from Suman was fantastic. She was patient and gave me a first class service . I hope the cake will de delicious when I go back to collect in a few days . I got lovely candles and balloon too. I wish they had birthday cards as well 18/02 ..... Cake was really yummyyyyyyyy No idea why others said the red velvet is not good !!!!!

To whom this may concern. Please give Savita a pay rise as she truly deserves it. Her attention to detail, product knowledge and customer service is impeccable. I needed to send a cake to my sister in B20 Birmingham but because I am in Australia, I had no choice than to do it through Uber Eats. Uber Eat didn’t have options with the customisation so I decided to call your shop after placing the order through Uber Eats, hoping someone could help with my requests. Savita literally walked me through the whole proces, listened and adhered to all my customisations. She really made me and my sister’s birthday day a day we will never forget. If I ever come up to visit my sister, I am definitely coming down to thank her in person and buy some more cake. Cheers Mr. Darko
