Where do I start. Firstly love the location super cosy snd quirky inside.
The lady who served me was fantastic super friendly and nice, never had Bubble Tea and she advised what I should try and helped me decide.
Out of this world flavour and texture. I had the Brown Sugar Iced Milk Tea. Was so yummy and I need to go back for more ASAP.

Just happened upon this place while taking some photos. Had a decaf strawberry slushy tea and it was so refreshing on the hot day. The inside is adorably decorated and it's hidden down Piccadilly Arcade. Well worth the trip inside to get a bite or grab a drink to go!
One of the best boba places in Birmingham. Small but cute interior, definitely not enough room for many people to sit during busy hours. Staff are nice and portion sizes are big.
They also sell some sweets and cup noodles.
Cute little place tucked away. Fresh fruit used within the bubble tea, a nice wedge of watermelon and juicy strawberry bubbles, with strawberry blended. So refreshing in the summer heat. Indoor seating available but only around 10 seats and is a little compact. Can also pick up other snacks here to take home.
I’ve visited i-tea quite a few times and when I tell you this is one of the best boba shops in Birmingham. The staff are extremely kind and are always smiling. The star of the show has got to be their boba. They’re supper refreshing and light. The little detail of adding sliced watermelon, orange and lime adds a lot more flavour and presentation to the drink. Overall, great place. Highly recommend!!

Passion fruit fruity drinks with strawberry bubbles is amazing and they do milk tea with boba which you can add different flavours, such as caramel or hazelnut. Brown sugar boba is also insane.
The place always has a nice atmosphere with calm music and somewhere to sit down if you are wanting to sit and enjoy your drink!
If you like to try different drinks each time, the menu has lots of different flavours and combinations which you can choose from.

A Lovely little bubble tea shop tucked away, with snacks and desserts too. The shop was really cutely decorated and quaint. Staff were really helpful, Friendly & polite.
We went for a classic bubble tea and their taro dessert. The taro dessert was filled with rice ball jellies & red bean and it was delicious, a rare find for the Midlands.
The prices were quite expensive for a drink and dessert, but because of the location and being a small business, I guess the costs is to match the rent payments and the cost of living crisis.
We loved popping in and will definitely be back again. Please bring more classic Asian desserts in. ❤️
They have pumpkin spice and Oreo bubble tea! I was so happy to find a bubble tea place that had plant based milk. Very yummy and cozy atmosphere. Staff are very friendly.

The brown sugar bubble tea was lovely but a bit expensive (£5.50) They only do one size (large) which is my usual, but if you're after a small cup this might not be the place.
