I was in the area and we needed some food 😩 😋. Family was moaning that they were starving (they weren't) so this was the safest option. As usual it was clean but one lady was in the process if mopping and closing off the internal seating …
Went to collect an order. The cans and bottles of pop were warm so I asked if I could swap for a cold one. They said that fridges wasn’t working and that they’re all warm. Not good. No sign on the fridge either to let customers know. Warm pop is horrible!!!
At 9:00 in the morning and The sausage rolls are colder than the weather, it’s very obvious that it was food left out overnight.
Worst service ever encounter in a Greggs shop. The Sunday shift is horrible, treating customers with bad temper and wrong attitude. Don’t recommend these shop in One stop shop .
Why is your warm food cold? Twice now went in to get a light lunch and the warm food is cold. I'm not expecting the food to be fresh out the oven piping hot, but needs to be warm. Especially if the prices are now higher, if you are charging that, deliver the service too.
Same as any other, good comfort food on the go or sit in snack.
