This is a lovely restaurant to go to before a movie or a hard day of shopping. The staff were really friendly and the decor was really nice . We did have to wait a bit for the staff to take our order but the restaurant was really busy so it wasn't too bad. When we did order the server was really nice and friendly and had a little chat with us which was nice.
We ordered our food and drinks which came out fairly fast and the food tasted amazing with really good portion size too, we're really happy with the quality and would definitely visit this restaurant again. Overall a good experience and would recommend and have recommended to friends and family

Some of the best and most authentic food we have ever tried since actually visiting Italy a few years ago, cant rate it enough. Plenty of choice and good kids menu too. Good service, nice staff, all round perfect place to eat

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zizzi in Leeds, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I stepped inside, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff put me at ease. The restaurant itself is quite charming, with a rustic Italian vibe that felt both inviting and stylish.
Now, let's get to the most important part: the food! I opted for Pork and garlic meatball pasta, and I was thoroughly impressed. The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were clearly of high quality. It's clear that the chefs at Zizzi take pride in their craft, and it shows in their dishes.
I also have to commend the service. My server was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring my experience was seamless. They were friendly and personable, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.
Overall, I highly recommend Zizzi Leeds for anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable Italian dining experience. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I left feeling satisfied and happy, and I will definitely be returning soon!
Honestly this place was a solid 5/5. I literally couldn’t fault it.
Service was quick and friendly. We ordered a variety of food and all of it was full of flavour. The free crisps on arrival were a really nice addition too.
The only tiny little thing that we didn’t particularly like were the bowls that the mains were served in. It made it quite difficult to cut the food because the bowls were curved. Would have preferred a plate. (I know this is set by the powers that be but thought it was worth mentioning.)

Was great to be able to leave the cinema and have a restaurant that has a great menu to suit both plant based eaters and the alternative.
I loved my food.
I had a great day. It was my birthday.
It was adequately priced. Baring in mind good produce or in my opinion things that are good for you cost more so was more than happy with the price.
I had recently before my visit taken time to read some reviews.
I didn't consider it to be busy. Hence my table been booked for the standard period of time which was 16:15 - 17:30.
We was made feel more than welcome to stay longer. As I say it wasnt too busy really.
The staff was good. There was various members that served us. All was nice. From the man who seated us to the three women that served us.
The only thing I will say which is why I give you 4 stars for atmosphere is your restaurant is impeccable. I will let my pictures and my true words do the talking but the servants need to be more loving towards themselves. Be more self certified.
Only other thing was card only.
Real downer. Apart from those two criticisms I had a great time and loved the food. Would definitely go again as long as i see more inner believe and smiles.
Food and staff fantastic. They felt understaffed as service was not as quick as expected but the quality remained high which was great. All the staff did everything they could and were clearly doing it as quickly as possible while keeping the customer experience at a great level.
Called off with some mates. We all ordered from the set menu and weren't disappointed. Food and service were excellent. Will definitely be dining there again

Nice family atmosphere. Food order came very fast...literally within 5 minutes of ordering. Pizza was good, staff polite despite being very busy. Overall good experience. Competitive price. Only complaint if to be picky was table and seats were covered in crumbs but I would visit again
At last a chain that isn't like a chain and can neigh on genuinely say they serve authentic Italian food. Also an absolute bonus that they know exactly how to make the perfect Aperol Spritz.

We went at an extremely quiet time, so I would have expected quicker table service, but this is a chilled out place to eat.
The kids food was extremely basic, and the portions were noticeably small - even the children pointed this out.
