This is a lovely restaurant to go to before a movie or a hard day of shopping. The staff were really friendly and the decor was really nice . We did have to wait a bit for the staff to take our order but the restaurant was really busy so it wasn't too bad. When we did order the server was really nice and friendly and had a little chat with us which was nice. We ordered our food and drinks which came out fairly fast and the food tasted amazing with really good portion size too, we're really happy with the quality and would definitely visit this restaurant again. Overall a good experience and would recommend and have recommended to friends and family

Some of the best and most authentic food we have ever tried since actually visiting Italy a few years ago, cant rate it enough. Plenty of choice and good kids menu too. Good service, nice staff, all round perfect place to eat

Went on Saturday mid day and had the 3 Course set menu. Good variety to choose from and portions were really good size too. We had a really friendly server (don't know his name but super tall! Lol) and he was great throughout the whole time we were there. Only downside, we sat on the side near the main entrance and the sun was shining through the glass windows. It became quite hot and hard to see at times, could do with investing in tints for the windows or blinds of some sort. Other than that, great! Will definitely be going back 😁

Visited as a volunteer with a group of older people. Our waiter was very patient, explaining the food to those who needed it, including the gluten free options for one of our party. They absolutely loved this stop of their "World Food z Tour" 🙂

Food and staff fantastic. They felt understaffed as service was not as quick as expected but the quality remained high which was great. All the staff did everything they could and were clearly doing it as quickly as possible while keeping the customer experience at a great level.

Honestly this place was a solid 5/5. I literally couldn’t fault it. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered a variety of food and all of it was full of flavour. The free crisps on arrival were a really nice addition too. The only tiny little thing that we didn’t particularly like were the bowls that the mains were served in. It made it quite difficult to cut the food because the bowls were curved. Would have preferred a plate. (I know this is set by the powers that be but thought it was worth mentioning.) Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

At last a chain that isn't like a chain and can neigh on genuinely say they serve authentic Italian food. Also an absolute bonus that they know exactly how to make the perfect Aperol Spritz. Services is always good, and never met without a smile. Fair prices for exceptional quality food.

Lovely meal out , quick service friendly staff. Food was good . Nice modern looking place . There some fake plants over some of the booths that have abit of dust all over them and it hangs over the table were the food is is my only complaint.
