Found this lovely Cafe as we didn't get breakfast at our Inn! Smashing bacon baps and great latte. Went back later for another Latte, and a cake, well, a huge Choc Blondie, and Terry's Orange Choc cookie. Lovely staff, super place, seemed to be liked by cyclists. Highly recommend!
Lovely lunch time meal, delicious food, friendly staff and happy to make a kids sized toastie. Soup of the day (tomatoe, red pepper and wensledale) was really good as was the halloumi chiabatta.
Great dog friendly cafe. The food is lovely especially the amazing cakes and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We love stopping off here for tea and cake.
Only our second visit here for lunch as we were just passing through but we cannot help but repeat our praise of great food, great service and great ambience.
My dad and I stopped here during our bike ride. We both had the Coronation chicken sandwich, probably the best I've ever had!! We had a banana milkshake and a caramel latte to drink, both were very good too! Can't wait to return!
This is a hidden gem! Discovered on a dog walk around Bishopthorpe and along the cycle track. There’s seating in the yard outside the shop and it’s great to sit during the summer and soak up the sun! The coffees are great as are the home made cakes! It’s dog friendly and the staff are welcoming! Definitely will return again!
The tastiest scrambled egg and bacon and mushroom sandwich. They were to die for!! The best place to go this side of York. We will be back!!
Very nice little cafe offering sandwiches, soup etc and cakes. Very clued up on gluten free and my bacon and brie sandwich was lovely, as was the very generous portion of almond and cherry bakewell. Definitely would recommend.
Delicious, well made cappuccino! Lovely blondie, great space to soak up the sun outside. Staff are lovely too!
We had a lovely breakfast here as part of our holiday and the staff were very nice. The coffees are huge and delicious! The food was amazing and in the words of my fiancée "the BEST BLT he's ever had! thanks again!
