Had the pleasure of eating hear Wednesday lunchtime.
The three courses we had were exceptional.
Everything was cooked to perfection in very pleasant surroundings.
Well-done all the students great team effort.
Looking forward to next time.

Delicious food served beautifully. The views from the windows are great; you can see most of Blackpool North and the sea. The restaurant decor is fresh and simple. The prices are very reasonable for such excellent food and service.

Food excellent. Students nervous but friendly. My only criticism is they always take the order for the whole table's starters & then mains rather than each person's starter then main as you would normally order in a restaurant.
As an ex catering student I always enjoy my visits - especially as I'm not doing silver service!!

Because students are learning you get some lack of attention to detail on orders - especially crucial allergen diligence. Other than that drawback, food is top drawer and super value.

We went yesterday for lunch 4 people we all say the same thing. Food excellent 👌 service brilliant 👏. It was a real pleasure going there 😀 will go again 😀

The food was great, and they were very helpful because I'm allergic to the dairy, and they adapted to meal for me .I will go back again..

We finally made it here and were certainly not disappointed! By far one of Blackpool's best kept secrets!! Simply stunning food created by very talented trainee chefs, supported by Blackpool and Fylde College's front of house students. Let's hope there will be a 'pop-up' restaurant in the town centre sometime 😁😉
