Not bad! Went here for an evening meal. Interesting concept of cooking the meat yourself, a bit of a novelty. We arrived quite late, and ate our meal at 9pm, by that time the side veggies were cold. Perhaps they serve up multiple plates at once? But still that is my only negative remark. Meat was delish.

Went there on Valentines Day. The worst service I have ever received in 20 years of dining. Red back spider found in our lobster when served. When alerted staff was told “oh it’s a spider.” And didn’t want to replace our food until we jumped up and down. Lobster was just dumped on our table when switched as if we did something wrong. As it was a set menu we saw others have fries served, when asked we were told you are supposed to order them separate, so where was the menu??!

Atrocious food. I've had real stonegrill before: for $35 I got what was clearly a frozen steak from woolworths, and some frozen pre-cut roast veggies that tasted like they'd been cooked with smoking plastic. My partner's $38 "mixed grill" was not mixed: just beef and pork, because they were out of half the things on the menu. Service was equally lackluster. And the menu prices don't include GST--that's a nice surprise tacked on when you ask for the bill. Absolutely nothing to recommend this place, stay away.

A hidden gem. Excellent, high quality steak (and some other options too) and a very nice, cozy environment. Without a doubt worth the little effort to find at the back of the Blackburn shops... Our first visit tonight and we're going to make it a 'regular'. Quite well priced too...

Excellent cut of meat and very tender. Enjoyed the experience of cooking to your own liking. Would certainly recommend and will be coming back. Nice ambiance and reasonable prices.
