This place is perfect for roasts. Absolutely delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection. Halal certified and amazing non alcoholic drinks. Customer service was fantastic and welcoming and food came pretty quick. You are definitely paying for quality well cooked food. Would come again 100%. Image of the lamb roast, lamb shank with harrissa sauce, roast potatoes, soft and delicious large Yorkshire pudding, veg and suede mash. Drink i chose was the Venice spritz really tasty and refreshing with the lamb.

Okay so hands down THE best thing to happen to Blackburn in a LOONGGG time‼️ ⁣ ⁣@thegreatchaserestaurant opened up a branch in Blackburn @thegreatchase_thewoodlands.⁣ ⁣ I got the slow roast lamb shank and it literally fell off the bone 👌.⁣ Super succulent and moist.⁣ Gravy and butternut squash was great ! ⁣ ⁣ For dessert i had the vanilla and hazenut mille feuilles and wow that was DELICIOUS. The taste, texture and presentation was 10/10.⁣ ⁣ I can't wait to go back during the week for the buttermilk fried chicken burger 🍔. Ive had this before, at the London branch, and it was probably my favourite chicken burger ever. ⁣ ⁣ Last thing to add- service was amazing. Staff were really informative and so polite throughout the whole visit!⁣ the owner was there and he was lovely! I honestly couldnt fault a thing ! Thanks

The Woodlands hosted a reception for 20 people for us recently and everyone who attended was very impressed with how they ensured they complied with local covid restrictions. They got approval for all plans prior to the event. All control measures were deemed appropriate and were put in place to ensure minimal close contact with other guests. I would highly recommend them to host an event.
