I’ve been to Taylor’s twice now. First time I was suitably impressed. Grew up in a fishing port and was blown away by the quality. But unfortunately last night it seemed like the fish & chips were left over from
Lunch service and refried. Practically cremated and dry.
Good chippy, prices and taste is average. Depending on time of day you could be waiting for 10 minutes for food to be cooked. The kitchen and serving area is clean and there is a nice waiting area, however not designed for when it is raining as there is no overhead cover.
Called in for lunch today. The chips were awful, looked like they had been refried and was just warm. I can definitely say that they are the worst chips I have ever had.

Rancid soggy chips unbelievably bad a complete waste of money probably warmed up from previous opening the fish was acceptable but poor overall.
